The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our thriving Commercial Division. You'll lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion, working with a talented team while maintaining our reputation for delivering high quality, on-time, on-budget outcomes safely. This is an ideal role for someone ready to take on greater responsibility and impact.

What You'll Do

- Lead all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities

- Develop comprehensive project schedules and programming documentation

- Manage contracts, variations, and scope negotiations to protect company interests

- Monitor project costs, revenues, risks, and identify growth opportunities

- Lead and mentor project teams through competing priorities

- Prepare statutory submissions and maintain regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For

- Tertiary qualification in construction management or related field

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience across commercial, industrial, civil, and earthworks projects





- Proven track record on government projects, schools, shopping centres, hospitals, or defense/heavy industry

- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

- Advanced proficiency in construction programming and scheduling software

- Excellent contract management and documentation skills

- Demonstrated commercial acumen in cost analysis, reporting, and opportunity identification

- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
