What You'll Be Doing

- Meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in solar and battery solutions.

- Understand customers' energy needs, goals, and budgets through a consultative approach.





- Design tailored solar and battery solutions that deliver genuine value.

- Prepare and present professional proposals.

- Educate customers on energy savings, battery storage, and available product options.

- Build long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.

- Negotiate confidently and close sales.

- Work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey from consultation through to installation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals who have already demonstrated success in Australia's solar industry.

You'll ideally have:

- Proven experience in residential solar and battery sales with a strong track record of consistent results.

- A consultative, advisory approach to sales—you ask thoughtful questions, understand customer needs, and recommend the right solution rather than relying on pressure tactics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- A genuine passion for helping customers make informed energy decisions.

- A coachable mindset and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.

- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with the drive to build a long-term business.

- A current driver's license and willingness to travel within your allocated territory.
