About the role

DGK Architects is a boutique architectural design studio specialising in high-end, luxury residential architecture and select commercial projects. We operate in a fast-paced environment where speed, efficiency, and accuracy are essential to achieving project milestones. We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior Architectural Draftsperson / Revit Documenter to work and report directly under the Studio Director. This is a role for a proactive professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate consultants, and resolve technical detailing challenges.

Your next role key responsibilities:

- Produce comprehensive construction documentation and working drawings predominantly for luxury residential projects, with minor commercial work.

- Develop highly detailed interior drawings, custom cabinetry, and intricate joinery detailing packages.

- Navigate local council planning policies, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Residential Design Codes and DA Approval requirements.

- Ensure all documentation complies with National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.

- Manage and implement BIM processes and Revit Standards across projects.





- Coordinate consultant packages to ensure seamless project integration.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment.

About you

- 8+ years of proven experience as an architectural draftsperson/Revit documenter within Western Australia (luxury residential experience is highly regarded).

- Advanced proficiency in Revit along with a robust working knowledge of BIM workflows is essential.

- Competency across supporting software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, D5 Render (not essential), and the Microsoft Office suite.

- Proficiency and understanding in construction systems and technical detailing, including custom interior joinery and high-end residential finishes.

- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

- Strong communication skills to liaise with consultants and builders where required.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team workplace.

- Must hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable car.
