Seeking Head Chef for Northern Suburbs.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;

- Experience in a la carte (experience in functions is a bonus)

- Strong leadership and ability to communicate effectively during service with kitchen and service teams

- Proven ability to train and develop others, ensuring there is a explicit path for progression

- Experience working with different systems, for rostering, purchasing and stock takes (training also provided)

- Commitment to hygiene, food safety and work health & safety

- Ability to work to a budget and control wage and food expenses in line with trade and business expectations

- Must be available to work across a 7-day roster
