About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Multipatcher Operators to join our growing team across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, QLD, and Jandakot, WA. Travel to customer sites across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia is required, with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Operate Ausroad Multipatcher Road Maintenance Trucks and associated road maintenance equipment safely and efficiently

- Conduct basic maintenance, daily pre-start checks and ensure all equipment is operational and compliant

- Load, transport, and apply road maintenance materials

- Undertake traffic control duties as required





- Complete operational records, work diaries, and timesheets accurately

- Participate in toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety initiatives

- Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping

- Monitor and control loading activities to ensure vehicle stability and safe operations

- Maintain accurate documentation, including job records and timesheets

- Adhere to WHS standards, safe work procedures, company policies and HVNL requirements

About You

- Minimum 2 years’ truck driving experience

- Current HC Heavy Combination Driver Licence or higher (required)

- Front End Loader ticket

- Experience with truck and dog trailer configurations (desirable)

- Construction Induction (White Card)

- Ability to travel regularly and work away from home for extended periods

- Strong work ethic, situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices

- Reliable, punctual, and professional

- Experience in civil construction, road maintenance, or infrastructure works is highly regarded

- Multipatcher experience is advantageous but not essential

- Good traffic history and the ability to follow instructions and work within established systems

- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders
