Currently, we are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst(Guidewire)" to work on significant projects for our esteemed client.

Responsibilities:

- Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
- 5 years of experience as a Guidewire Policy center BA with CTP experience.
- Experience with Commercial lines of business
- Experience with working in an on / offshore model.
- Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts




- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
- Work with the Architects/Tech leads to document technical stories in Jira that are required to achieve the overall scope of the project.
- Facilitate technical discussions with internal and external teams (If requested)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Prepare in-depth cause and effect analyses of risks
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define business concepts, and understand data requirements
- Support the day-to-day needs by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management, and operational needs to achieve strategic objectives
- Experienced in running requirement workshops, brainstorming, discovery, and training sessions
- Ability to plan and monitor the requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation process Promote the best practice use of Agile techniques
