What you’ll do
As the strategic owner of our commercial partnerships, you will drive significant sales growth and diversify Everyday Rewards revenue by building deep integrations and developing mutually beneficial joint business plans with key partners.
- Develop, manage, and execute joint business plans with internal partners (like Cartology and Woolworths Supermarkets) and external commercial partners to unlock supplier-funded revenue opportunities.
- Be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of partners, leveraging data to build narratives and insights that support both partner objectives and Everyday Rewards member engagement.
- Take ownership of bonus point forecasting, manage partner loyalty investment budgets,
and monitor ROI to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of Loyalty Commercial Partnership Managers and Analysts, fostering a team-oriented and outcome-focused environment.
What you'll bring
You are a charismatic, commercially astute leader who thrives on building deep relationships, navigating complex internal structures, and translating data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven commercial and strategic business experience, with at least 5 years successfully managing complex partnerships or ventures, ideally within retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
- A methodical approach to internal and external account management, with the ability to influence and secure buy-in at the executive level.
- Highly analytical with strong financial skills, demonstrating a clear track record of owning direct revenue targets and turning complex data into compelling commercial narratives.
- A customer-first mindset and an understanding of loyalty programs.
