Keogh Consulting is seeking an accomplished, commercially driven Senior Consultant who can facilitate complex executive-level strategy and transformation conversations while building trusted relationships, originating opportunities and winning work.

The role

- Facilitate executive and senior leadership teams through strategy, transformation, culture and performance discussions.
- Help clients move from complexity and competing perspectives to clear choices, alignment and action.
- Lead consulting engagements and produce practical, executive-level recommendations.
- Own business development: build pipeline, open doors, shape opportunities, develop proposals and convert work.
- Build and maintain a solid network of senior decision-makers and referral relationships in Perth.

What we are looking for

- 10+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, organisational development, strategy, transformation or a closely related field.
- A strong track record facilitating at executive/C-suite level and supporting executive teams with strategy and organisational transformation.
- A demonstrated record of business development - from relationship building and lead generation through to proposal, negotiation and close. You must be able to demonstrate that you have personally originated and won consulting or professional services work. This is not a delivery-only role.
- An established senior network in Perth and the confidence, discipline and energy to continually grow it.




- A history of meeting meaningful revenue or sales targets and managing a healthy pipeline.
- The presence to challenge senior leaders respectfully while building trust, alignment and momentum.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, behavioural science, psychology, human resources or a related discipline.
- Experience in operating model redesign, organisational design, governance or business improvement will be highly regarded.
- Formal facilitation, coaching or change/transformation credentials, or accreditation in recognised psychometric or leadership assessment tools, will be highly regarded.
- Experience in sectors relevant to the Perth market, including resources, energy, infrastructure, health, government or professional services, will also be highly regarded.

Practical details

- Perth-based role with flexibility in how work is organised.
- Client work may require national and international travel from time to time.
- Applicants must have Australian Permanent Residency or the right to work in Australia.
- Indicative salary range: $160,000-$180,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience and fit.
