Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Data Migration Consultant to join our Consulting team and play a key role in leading complex data migration programs across our SaaS ERP platform.

In this role, you'll partner with senior stakeholders and customer leadership teams to design, lead and deliver large-scale data migration programs, with a strong focus on Local Government environments, including core domains such as Financials, Asset Management, Revenue & Rating, and HR/Payroll.

What you'll be doing…

- Lead large-scale, multi-workstream data migration programs end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery across complex enterprise environments
- Define migration strategies, architecture and delivery frameworks for SaaS ERP implementations
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior Local Government stakeholders, providing guidance on data transformation, governance and risk
- Conduct current-state data assessments across council systems and shape migration strategies and roadmaps
- Oversee data mapping, transformation design and validation frameworks across multiple engagements
- Ensure quality and consistency by reviewing and guiding the work of consultants and specialists
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across customer and internal delivery teams
- Lead post-migration reconciliation and sign-off processes to ensure data integrity and business readiness
- Contribute to pre-sales engagements, including solution design, effort estimation and proposal development
- Drive continuous improvement of migration methodologies, tools and best practices across the practice
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting capability uplift within the migration function

Your Talents…





- Proven experience leading end-to-end data migration programs for enterprise SaaS or ERP platforms
- Strong experience working within Local Government environments, particularly across Financials, Asset Management, Revenue, Rating or HR/Payroll systems
- Deep understanding of data migration architecture, ETL design, data modelling and relational databases
- Advanced technical capability in SQL and scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in complex delivery environments
- Experience contributing to pre-sales activities such as solution scoping, estimation and proposal development
- Solid leadership capability, with experience mentoring or guiding junior consultants
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to executive audiences
- Understanding of data privacy, security and regulatory considerations, particularly within public sector or Local Government environments
