The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Designer to take a leading role within our Design team, delivering innovative workplace, commercial and Life Science environments for a diverse range of clients.

You’ll lead projects from initial concept through to construction documentation, taking ownership of the design vision while building strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams. You’ll also play an significant role in mentoring junior designers and helping elevate design quality across the studio.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the design of complex workplace, commercial and Life Science projects from concept through to delivery.
- Take ownership of the overall design vision, quality and client experience .
- Lead and coordinate project design teams, consultants and technical specialists.
- Develop concepts, space plans, finishes and comprehensive construction documentation.
- Present design concepts and solutions directly to senior client stakeholders .
- Work closely with Construction and Delivery teams to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
- Coordinate with MEP, lighting, AV, structural and other specialist consultants.
- Partner with Business Development teams on pitches, presentations and new opportunities.




- Ensure projects achieve strong design, functional and commercial outcomes .
- Mentor and develop junior designers, supporting their technical and creative growth.

About You You’ll be an accomplished designer with the creativity, technical expertise and leadership skills to take ownership of complex projects and inspire both clients and project teams.

You’ll ideally have:

- 8+ years’ experience in interior design , ideally within workplace, commercial or Life Science environments.
- A proven track record of leading design teams and complex projects .
- Strong conceptual design and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience taking projects from concept design through construction documentation and delivery .
- Strong knowledge of detailing, finishes, materials and technical documentation.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign and Photoshop .
- Experience mentoring and developing junior designers.
- Experience with major corporate clients or large-scale campus projects would be advantageous.
