This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, leading a team and bringing commercial insight to complex business decisions.

About the role

As the Senior Finance Partner to a broad Corporate Functions portfolio, you will work closely with senior leaders across areas including Technology, Operations, Transformation and other corporate functions.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing trusted commercial and financial advice to senior stakeholders
- Leading and supporting a team of Finance Business Partners
- Owning the financial narrative across actuals, forecasting and planning cycles
- Translating financial results into clear insights, recommendations and actions
- Challenging investment proposals, productivity initiatives and benefits realisation assumptions
- Providing clear visibility of performance, risks, opportunities and key cost drivers
- Partnering closely with Financial Planning, Financial Consolidation and other finance teams to turn financial information into meaningful business insight
- Supporting the team through an evolving operating model and creating clarity around priorities and expectations
- Getting into the detail and personally contributing to delivery when required

This is a player-coach role

About you You will be an experienced finance professional with strong business partnering and commercial acumen, ideally with experience across corporate functions, technology, operations, shared services or transformation environments.

You will bring

- Senior Finance Business Partnering, FP&A; or Commercial Finance experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- The ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial insights
- Experience understanding and challenging cost drivers, investment cases, productivity initiatives and advantages realisation
- Leadership or team management experience
- A hands-on, delivery-focused approach
- The confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders when the facts require a different perspective
- The ability to remain calm and effective in a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
