We are a fast-growing family business looking for a motivated Production Welder to join our team.

In this role, you will be welding on a production line, giving you the opportunity to build speed, consistency and confidence through regular hands‑on welding. It is an excellent position for an entry‑level welder who wants to perfect their technique and develop robust production welding skills.

You will be joining an experienced, hardworking team that takes pride in producing quality work and supporting each other.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welding as part of a production‑line process

- Producing consistent, high‑quality welds

- Following production drawings, specifications and procedures

- Inspecting your work and maintaining quality standards

- Keeping your workstation clean, organised and safe

- Working with the team to meet daily production targets

- Learning from experienced team members and continually improving your technique

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has basic welding experience or relevant welding training





- Wants to improve and become a highly capable production welder

- Takes pride in producing clean, consistent work

- Can maintain focus while completing repetitive production tasks

- Is reliable, punctual and ready to work

- Understands the importance of workplace safety

- Works well in a team and has a positive attitude

- Is open to feedback and willing to learn

Entry‑level welders are encouraged to apply. You do not need to know everything on day one. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and commitment to improving your welding.
