Casino Food Company is a long‑established export food processor with state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Casino and Booyong, near Lismore, on the NSW Far North Coast. We employ a large local workforce and play a key role in the Northern Rivers economy, producing quality products for Australian and international customers.

The beef processing plant employs approximately 1,500 people, making us the largest employer in the local region. We are seeking to increase the size of our production workforce to cater for increases in processing numbers.

We have opportunities for:

- Labourers, Packers and Knife Hands

- Boners, Slicers and Slaughtermen

- Freezer Store Operators (forklift licence desirable)

- Entry‑level applicants encouraged as we provide full training

Duties:

- Support daily beef processing and production tasks

- Work safely in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

- Maintain clean and organised work areas

- Contribute to team output and quality standards

About You:

- Reliable, punctual and physically fit

- Able to work in a repetitive and high‑speed environment

- Willing to learn and follow safe work practices

- Team‑focused with a positive attitude
