About the Role

- Analyse business needs and translate them into innovative technology solutions.
- Lead solution design, implementation and enhancement of corporate systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimise service delivery.
- Manage system upgrades,



integrations and ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with vendors, business units and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Contribute to Council's digital strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

- Significant experience delivering end-to-end business and digital solutions.
- Robust business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and systems integration.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
