We're seeking a confident, passionate and experienced therapist who thrives on creating incredible client outcomes and is ready to take their career to the next level.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team of skin professionals while receiving ongoing mentoring, leadership training,

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting comprehensive consultations and skin analysis
- Creating personalised treatment plans that deliver measurable results
- Performing advanced skin treatments using cutting edge technologies
- Building strong client relationships and longterm treatment plans
- Supporting clinic performance through rebooking, retail recommendations and client retention
- Contributing ideas to help drive clinic growth and client experience
- Becoming a trusted expert that clients can't wait to return to

Who We're Looking For

You’ll be a fantastic fit if you:

- Hold a Degree in Dermal Therapy or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Have 2+ years in clinic experience performing advanced skin treatments
- Are passionate about skin health, education and client results
- Love building genuine client relationships
- Have excellent communication and consultation skills
- Thrive in a team environment
- Are motivated, proactive and growth focused
- Naturally step into leadership and enjoy mentoring others
- Want a long term career, not just another job
