We are looking for experienced Charge-Up Operators, with Production and Development experience who hold a current WA Shotfirers licence to join our dynamic team. These positions will require self-motivation, drive and multi-skilling.

The ideal candidates will be proactive, forward-thinking, with a strong ability to foster a culture of inspiration, innovation and collaboration across the team.

Essential Criteria

- Must have full working rights in Australia.

- MUST HAVE Underground Shotfirers Licence

- Clear National Police Clearance

- 2+ years' underground mining experience

- ANFO shotfiring experience

- Current and Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence

- Current & Valid Dangerous Goods Security Card

- Adhere to WHS policies and procedures

- Recognised RPL achievements

What you will bring to the team:





- WA Shotfirers licence - Underground

- Experience with working in production and development crews or operating in this environment (i.e. stope drilling, charging).

- Ability to interpret plans and record explosives usage

- Experience in conducting the blast

- Experience in complete post-blast activities

- Complete thorough re-entries

- Stock control

- Complete and carry out comprehensive and detailed end-of-shift communications

- Extensive knowledge of safe work practices and techniques applied in underground mining.

- Methodical approach to completing tasks, well organised and the ability to work autonomously.

- Capacity to think laterally and work through obstacles with sound communication, both verbal and written.

- Excellent customer service skills, able to build and maintain successful working relationships.

- Respect and understanding of confidentiality.
