Due to continued growth, we are seeking both Experienced Underground Service Crew Operators and Leading Hand Underground Service Crew personnel to join our team.

We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality work and contributing to a positive team culture underground.

Kalgoorlie Residential Positions Available -

Experienced Underground Service Crew

You will be responsible for:

- Installation and extension of air, water, dewatering and ventilation services

- Installation and maintenance of underground pumps and pumping systems

- Assisting with mine development and production support activities

- Operating underground equipment as required

- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Leading Hand Underground Service Crew

In addition to the above responsibilities, Leading Hands will:





- Coordinate and lead daily service crew activities

- Provide guidance and mentoring to crew members

- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to site standards

- Liaise with Supervisors and other underground departments

- Assist in planning and achieving daily production and development targets

About You

To be considered for either role, you will have:

- Minimum of 1-2 years underground service crew experience required

- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Manual preferred)

- Current Working at Heights

- Current Integrated Tool carrier (IT) ticket

- Additional RPL's for Underground

- Robust commitment to safety and teamwork

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Additional Requirements for Leading Hand Applicants

- Minimum of 1-2 years underground leadership experience required

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to lead by example and mentor team members
