We are seeking an experienced Automation / Electrical / IT-OT Project Engineer to support a major manufacturing transformation and modernization program within a leading FMCG production facility. This role will focus on automation systems integration, electrical infrastructure projects, industrial networks, OT architecture, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead automation and control systems integration projects across manufacturing operations.Support the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems.Manage electrical infrastructure upgrades, power distribution, and site electrical improvement projects.Develop and support OT (Operational Technology) architecture and industrial network integration.Ensure alignment between IT and OT systems to support manufacturing operations.Support OT cybersecurity initiatives and compliance with site standards.Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and system integrators throughout project execution.Drive process automation and factory optimization projects to improve capacity, efficiency, and reliability.Support commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and performance ramp-up activities.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics,



Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.Proven experience in automation, electrical, controls, or IT-OT engineering within FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems.Strong understanding of industrial communication networks and OT infrastructure.Experience managing automation or electrical capital projects.Proven commissioning and startup experience in manufacturing facilities.Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles and OT network architecture.Solid problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English is mandatory.Preferred ExperienceDairy, food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing operations.Brownfield and greenfield manufacturing projects.Plant modernization and digital transformation initiatives.MES, Industrial IoT, and manufacturing systems integration.Experience working with multinational engineering teams.Key SkillsPLC Programming & IntegrationSCADA & HMI SystemsAutomation & Controls EngineeringElectrical InfrastructureOT ArchitectureIndustrial NetworksOT CybersecurityCommissioning & StartupFactory AutomationManufacturing OptimizationCapital ProjectsProject ExecutionContractor ManagementStakeholder Management
