Packaging Project Manager to support a major manufacturing transformation and expansion program within a leading FMCG production facility. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of new packaging line projects from design through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of current packaging line installation projects.Manage equipment suppliers and OEMs through design, FAT, installation, SAT, commissioning, and startup phases.Coordinate site execution activities, contractors, and key stakeholders.Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities.Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.Support packaging line performance ramp-up and operational readiness.Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.Ensure successful handover of projects to site operations.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing,
