Admin & Reception – Multiple Roles Available | Full-Time

Since 2007, Chill-Rite has grown into one of regional NSW's largest and most trusted air conditioning and refrigeration companies. We specialise in the sale, installation and maintenance of premium air conditioning, evaporative cooling, split systems, gas ducted heating and ducted refrigerated systems — proudly servicing communities across Dubbo, Mudgee, Orange, Bathurst, Tamworth, Newcastle, Coffs Harbour and Albury/Wodonga.

With a team of over 100 dedicated staff, we're growing again — and looking for Admin/Reception staff to join our busy team, with the bonus of getting hands-on with our marketing.

No experience? No problem. All candidates considered, from entry-level to highly experienced. We hire for people, not paperwork — your attitude and fit with the team matter more than what's on your resume.

What you'll be doing:

- Answering calls and greeting customers with a five-star phone manner

- Managing bookings,



schedules and day-to-day admin

- Supporting marketing — social media, promotions, customer comms, event management

- Keeping the office running smoothly, even when it's busy

- Liaising with technicians, suppliers and customers

What we're looking for:

- Great communicator with a friendly, professional manner

- Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Ability to manage time and multitask under pressure

- Calm, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment

- Interest in marketing and using Canva a bonus, not essential

- A positive cultural fit — easygoing, reliable, team player
