Roster Options:
- 21 days on / 7 days off
- 19 days on / 9 days off
FIFO from capital cities available for the right candidate.

About the Role
This position is ideal for a qualified carpenter who enjoys variety and wants to build long‑term experience across maintenance, construction, and service works within the Pilbara region. You’ll be working alongside a professional and supportive team on well‑organised projects with blue‑chip clients, including BHP, Fortescue, Roy Hill. Earn up to $5000 gross per week for FIFO workers including Distant Workers Allowance and Site Allowance (plus superannuation) based on 11 hour work day.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out a range of carpentry tasks such as framing, roofing, flooring, and general fit-out work
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Providing guidance and mentorship to apprentice carpenters
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in Carpentry
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified carpenter in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Current driver's licence
- Australian Permanent Residency
- Ability to meet site medical and D&A; requirements
