Yaunati is currently recruiting experienced Electrical Supervisors for an established electrical contractor delivering projects across commercial, industrial and infrastructure environments.

We're looking for hands-on supervisors who can lead electrical crews, coordinate site activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day electrical works on site, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and working closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating electrical teams and subcontractors on site
- Managing daily site activities and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Interpreting electrical drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and site requirements
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
- Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards, legislation and company procedures
- Conducting toolbox meetings, site inspections and safety checks
- Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise
- Liaising with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and other site personnel
- Supporting project handover, commissioning and completion activities

About You




We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor who is confident leading teams and managing electrical works in a quick-paced project environment.
You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or leading hand on commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
- Relevant electrical trade qualification and current WA electrical licence
- Strong understanding of electrical installations, drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated experience supervising electrical teams and subcontractors
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to coordinate multiple priorities and keep projects moving
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Current Australian work rights
- Current driver's licence
