Located in Perth and operating as part of a national team (head office in Melbourne), this role will oversee growth and strategy across the Western Australia territory. You will partner closely with sales and marketing to identify market gaps, strengthen product positioning, and drive the success of both established and new product lines.
Role and Responsibility
- Drive sales growth for surgical instrument solutions, as well as and laparoscopic consumables, across both private and public hospitals.
- Maintain and expand existing business and customer relationships to develop new business opportunities within your territory.
- Provide a leading service to customers, including delivering product training to hospital staff and clinical trials to drive sales.
- This role will be responsible for increasing the sales growth and profile of the product range to key stakeholders (e.g. CSSD focus, Nurse Unit Managers, Surgeons, Gynaecologists, Nurse Unit Managers, Supply Managers etc).
- High level of competency and usage of CRM (Salesforce) to maintain a high standard of Territory Management.
- Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact to drive sales.

The successful applicant will have genuine interest and experience in the public and private hospital sector, possess outstanding customer relationship building, lateral thinker, communication skills and ability to work autonomously within a strong team environment.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience with proven track record.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Exposure to Australian Private/Public Hospital system
- Surgical sales experience desired

- Superior commercial & financial acumen
- Intermediate skills in related computer applications (e.g. CRM, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint)
