$175 an hour for your first 3 months, so you're paid properly while your book fills rather than wearing the ramp-up yourself.

Be clear about what you're walking into. The practice has 46 years of patients, but those patients belong to the GPs already there. You won't inherit someone's list. You get the overflow, the new patients, and whoever's happy to switch. That's the build, and the guarantee is what carries you through it.

It's the quieter of the group's 2 Eastern Suburbs sites, which is the point. Room to grow at your own pace, with a dedicated consulting room waiting rather than a queue for space.

Private billing, 15-minute appointments. Saturday mornings run private-only at higher fees with 75% to you, which is the fastest way to build early if you want it.

The group is corporate but doesn't run like one. The Operations Manager came up through the business from a clinical background and answers his own phone. No call centre, no pressure to bill a certain way. Full clinical autonomy,



and a practice manager on site as well.

- A $110 standard consult returns $77 to you, so 4 an hour is around $308/hr once you're full
- 8 hour day = $308 x8 = $2464
- 75% split on Saturday mornings
