The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with a high-performing Associate and be positioned as the right‑hand leader of the team, with a clear pathway into a Manager‑level role.

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position where you’ll:

- Manage and nurture an established portfolio of clients.
- Lead,



mentor and support team members (including offshore resources).
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting and tax matters.
- Play a key role in driving team performance and growth.

What We’re Looking For

We’re targeting a well‑rounded professional who brings:

- Strong experience in Australian public practice accounting & tax.
- A proven client‑facing background.
- Confidence in reviewing work, problem‑solving and decision‑making
- Excellent communication skills and client rapport.
