Part-Time Recruitment Manager – 3 Days a Week

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract, engage, and secure the best talent for our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Write compelling job ads and source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process




- Maintain our candidate database and recruitment reporting
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident using online recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Highly organised, professional, and proactive
