Response Real Estate is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our Penrith team.

This opportunity would suit either someone already working in real estate who wants to develop their sales career, or a strong salesperson looking to build a long-term career in real estate.

You don't need years of real estate experience. What matters most is that you're confident with people, willing to learn, comfortable putting yourself out there and genuinely motivated to succeed in sales.

What you'll be doing

You'll work alongside experienced local agents while learning every part of the sales process, including:

- Prospecting and building relationships with local property owners
- Phone prospecting and database management
- Door knocking and other local prospecting activities
- Assisting with open homes and buyer enquiries
- Following up prospective buyers and sellers
- Learning the appraisal and listing process
- Developing your knowledge of the Penrith property market
- Building your own database, relationships and personal profile
- Progressively working towards generating and managing your own listings

Prospecting is an important part of this role, particularly while you establish your database and presence in the local market. We'll provide the training, systems and support, but we're looking for someone prepared to put that training into practice.

What we're looking for

You may already work in real estate, or you might come from another sales or customer-facing background.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is confident, personable and comfortable speaking with new people




- Has a genuine interest in property and real estate sales
- Is motivated by goals and building a successful career
- Is resilient and comfortable with proactive prospecting
- Takes initiative and is willing to learn
- Wants to build long-term relationships within the local community
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Is available to work Saturdays

We're particularly interested in candidates who live in or have a strong connection to the Greater Penrith area and want to build their career in the local market.

Licence requirements

You’ll need to hold a current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence, or be prepared to obtain the required Certificate before commencing employment.

You’ll also need a current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance.
