Role Description We're seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating and tendering across our mining and utilities portfolio.

This is a hands-on estimating role for someone who knows how to build first-principles estimates, manage tenders and help win work.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead estimates, tenders and proposals from enquiry to submission.
- Develop accurate first-principles estimates for labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
- Leverage industry relationships to identify opportunities and support business growth.
- Build and maintain robust supplier and subcontractor networks.
- Develop methodologies, qualifications, assumptions and clarification registers.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support contract negotiations and project handover.




- Mentor and develop junior estimating resources.
- Improve estimating systems, cost libraries and benchmarking.

About You

You are an experienced estimator with a proven track record pricing Piping infrastructure projects across the mining, utilities or water sectors.

You will have:

- 7+ years estimating experience within HDPE, Steel & PVC pipelines across mining & utilities
- Strong first-principles estimating capability.
- Strong commercial judgement and construction knowledge.
- Established supplier and subcontractor relationships.
- The ability to independently manage tenders from enquiry through to submission.

Highly Regarded

- Mine dewatering, borefield, water or tailings infrastructure experience.
- HDPE, PVC and steel pipeline experience.
- Water Corporation or major utilities experience.
- Existing relationships with WA utilities, mining contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
