Make an impact beyond traditional HR advisory

We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join Versatile Group and play a key role in shaping our People & Experience function.

Reporting to the Chief People & Experience Officer, you’ll partner closely with leaders, managers and employees across the business, providing commercially focused HR advice while helping create a meaningful, connected and engaging employee experience.

This is a hands-on, business-facing HR role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence leaders, solve complex people matters and bring our people strategy to life.

About the role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing trusted HR advice and strategic partnering across the business

- Managing and advising on employee relations and complex people matters

- Coaching and supporting leaders and managers

- Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and the overall employee experience

- Facilitating career, growth and development conversations

- Supporting culture, values and recognition initiatives

- Contributing to learning and people development initiatives

- Embedding People & Experience frameworks, policies and initiatives

- Using employee feedback and people data to identify opportunities for improvement

- Supporting key initiatives across the employee lifecycle

About you

You’re an experienced HR qualified who enjoys being close to the business and making a genuine difference.

You’ll bring





- Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar HR role

- Strong employee relations and generalist HR experience

- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills

- Strong commercial awareness and sound HR judgement
- The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels

- Confidence supporting leaders through complex and sensitive people matters
- A genuine interest in employee experience, engagement and culture
- A hands-on, practical and solutions-focused approach

- Strong ownership, accountability and follow-through
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
