We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team and help bring this vision to life.
About the Role
This is a senior HR partnering role, focused on building trusted relationships across the business and creating meaningful employee experiences.
Reporting to the Chief People & Experience Officer, you’ll work closely with leaders, managers and employees, providing commercially focused HR advice while owning key experiences across the employee lifecycle.
Your focus will include:
- Strategic HR partnering and employee relations
- Coaching and supporting leaders and managers
- Employee experience, engagement and wellbeing
- Growth, development and career conversations
- Culture, values and recognition
- Learning experiences and people initiatives
- Activating and embedding People & Experience frameworks
- Using feedback and data to continuously improve the employee experience
About You
You’re an experienced HR professional who:
- Builds genuine, trusted relationships at all levels
- Brings strong commercial awareness and sound HR judgement
- Is hands-on, visible and comfortable working closely with the business
- Can coach and influence leaders through complex people matters
- Is passionate about employee experience, engagement and culture
- Takes ownership and follows through
- Is solutions-focused, adaptable and biased towards action
- Wants to make a genuine impact rather than simply manage HR processes
