Role: Senior Infrastructure Cloud Engineer

Location: Australia

Eligibility: Australian PRs & Citizens

Responsibilities & Requirements

Maintain and optimise the performance, availability, and health of Azure & AWS environments

Monitor platforms end-to-end, manage incidents, and drive root cause resolution

Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for scalable deployments

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Design and deploy cloud solutions across compute, storage, networking, and serverless

Strengthen platform security, governance, and cost optimisation (FinOps)

Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python

Collaborate with development and business teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions





Qualifications

Experienced Cloud Engineer working across enterprise-scale Azure and/or AWS environments

Robust expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines

Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity (Entra ID / Active Directory)

Experience improving platform reliability, performance, and scalability

Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders

Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement
