About The Role As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with the General Counsel, Property Team and senior leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice across:
- Property acquisitions, divestments and due diligence
- Development projects,
major works and construction matters
- Procurement, operations and commercial contracts
- Asset management, leasing and portfolio optimisation initiatives
- Strategic business priorities and growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring
- Australian legal practitioner with current practising certificate
- 5+ years PQE across property, construction and commercial law
- Experience with acquisitions, disposals, development and major works
- In-house experience and a practical commercial mindset
- Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
- Ability to balance legal risk with pragmatic business outcomes
