Working primarily on the pan and grill sections, preparing and cooking dishes consistently to a high standard. Managing your section efficiently during busy services while maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency. Following food safety and kitchen hygiene standards and working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

About you

- Previous experience as a Pan Chef, Grill Chef or Chef in a busy commercial kitchen

- Confident working independently on the pan and/or grill section

- Able to perform well under pressure during busy services

- Reliable, punctual and professional

- Robust communication and teamwork skills

- Available for evening and weekend shifts
