Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday (Full-Time Hours)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience with hand-stretched dough and wood-fired ovens, and is confident leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires a clear, calm leader who can maintain high standards while fostering a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas using hand-stretched dough techniques
- Operate and manage a wood-fired oven safely and efficiently
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and timing of all pizzas
- Lead and support kitchen staff during service
- Ensure a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Assist with prep work, dough preparation, and inventory management
- Maintain composure and clear communication during high-volume service

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a pizza cook
- Strong experience with hand-stretched dough
- Experience working with a wood-fired oven
- Ability to lead a team effectively and calmly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time hours, Wednesday through Sunday
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
