Occupational Therapist – Flexible Hours

Bridge to Understanding is looking for a passionate and caring Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This role would suit an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and families and is looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to shape their own working week.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- A genuine interest in supporting children and young people to build skills, independence and confidence
- A family-centred, strengths-based and neuroaffirming approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with children or within the NDIS is welcomed but not essential
