As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Perth team.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with a rapidly expanding healthcare company, working with qualified patient enquiries and helping people transform their smiles and confidence.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding prospective patients through their treatment journey, from their initial enquiry through to commencing treatment.

You will engage with warm patient leads, understand their goals and concerns, educate them on Linea's treatment options, and coordinate appointments with our network of partner dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and engage Linea-provided patient leads

- Build rapport and develop strong relationships with prospective patients

- Understand patient needs, goals and oral healthcare concerns

- Clearly explain Linea's products, services and treatment process





- Coordinate appointments with Linea partner dental clinics

- Manage and nurture patient enquiries throughout the sales journey

- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within company systems

- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail sales or telephone sales advantageous but not essential

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A customer-focused approach and genuine desire to help people

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Professional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Dental or healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential
