Psychologist – Flexible Hours

Bridge to Understanding is looking for a passionate and caring Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This role would suit a Psychologist who enjoys working with children, young people and families and is looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and control over their working week .

Whether you are an experienced Psychologist, early in your career, returning to the workforce, or looking to complement your existing work with a flexible caseload, we would love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Psychology
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
- A genuine passion for supporting children, young people and families
- A strengths-based, neuroaffirming and family-centred approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with children, neurodivergent clients or within the NDIS is welcomed but not essential
