Access Indigenous is growing rapid, and we're looking for a driven, opportunity-focused Business Development Manager who wants to take ownership of building new business across the QLD market.

This role is all about growth. You'll be responsible for opening doors, creating new client partnerships, and increasing awareness of the Access Indigenous brand and service offering across QLD.

You will be at the front line of business growth by:

- Actively generating and converting new business opportunities across the QLD market
- Building a robust pipeline of recent accounts and long-term customers
- Promoting Access Indigenous' products, services and solutions to new clients
- Establishing yourself as a trusted solutions partner within the industry
- Driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Conducting regular site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Preparing accurate quotes and providing tailored equipment solutions
- Managing client communication around job progress, deliveries and service outcomes
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Based out of our Crestmead branch,



this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 7am -5pm.

- Proven success in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams

- A current driver's licence
