We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who is passionate about people, quality food and great coffee to join our team at our UQ - St Lucia site.

About you

Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role: Kitchen Management (cafe).

Food preparation including preparation of cabinet items required.

Kitchen organisation:manage the workflow and meet preparation targets, complete food safety checklists and other OH&S; procedures, order stock and food items for the store, manage COGs.

Availability from 5:30am weekdays

Consistent 30+ hours per week. (Full Time role open to consideration)

A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work

Food safety and hygiene knowledge
