We are looking for a Tradesperson, Trade Assistant or experienced Construction Worker/Labourer to join our installation team. You will be trained in the prefabrication, building and installation of coolrooms and insulated panel structures. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity for a permanent position following a 6-month probation period.

Key responsibilities

- Prefabricating insulated panel components
- Building and installing coolrooms, freezers and insulated structures
- Using a range of hand and power tools
- Measuring, cutting, assembling and fitting panels and components
- Working on commercial construction sites throughout NSW and occasionally the ACT
- Working as part of a small team to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading and handling materials and equipment
- Following all company procedures and WHS requirements

About you

- Minimum 1 year of construction or relevant trade experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- A current NSW Driver's Licence
- Your own reliable vehicle
- A current WHS White Card
- Good understanding of current WHS/OH&S; requirements
- Positive practical skills and a willingness to learn




- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Minimum 40 hours per week, including RDO accrual
- 4 weeks annual leave + 10 days personal/carer's leave per year
- Company vehicle provided for travel to and from job sites
- PPE, uniforms and safety equipment supplied
- Consistent, ongoing work with an established company
- Work with an experienced and supportive installation team
- Opportunity to develop specialised skills within a growing industry
