About the Role

As a Motor Mechanic, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer drives away with confidence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing logbook servicing and scheduled maintenance.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults efficiently and accurately.
- Carrying out repairs to engines, brakes, steering, suspension and other mechanical systems.
- Completing Roadworthy Inspections (Pink Slips) if qualified (Essential).
- Working across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models, including European vehicles.
- Using your diagnostic skills to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Air conditioning servicing.




- Communicating effectively with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safety-focused workshop.
- Delivering quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.

You’ll ideally have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic.
- Robust diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Experience working on a variety of vehicle brands, including European vehicles.
- An AIS Examiner's Ticket (highly regarded but not essential).
- Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
