About the role

As our new Senior Product Owner, you’ll own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding journey, helping shape how future members first experience CareSuper. Reporting to the GM Member Experience, you’ll translate strategic priorities, member insights and business goals into explicit journey roadmaps, prioritised backlogs and actionable delivery outcomes. You’ll work closely with Experience, Brand, Digital, Product and delivery teams to create seamless, measurable and member-led outcomes across the journey.

You will

- Own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding member journey, including journey performance, backlog prioritisation and continuous improvement.
- Translate strategic priorities, member insights and business goals into a clear roadmap and actionable backlog of work.
- Prioritise initiatives and features based on member value, business impact, delivery feasibility and enterprise dependencies.
- Define squad outcomes and OKRs, keeping journey objectives, product features and delivery activity aligned.
- Lead squad rituals and ways of working, including sprint planning, prioritisation and regular check-ins, to maintain focus and momentum.
- Engage stakeholders, surface blockers, manage dependencies and make informed trade-offs between scope, time, quality and value.

What we’re looking for We’re looking for a commercially minded and member-focused product or journey owner who is comfortable working through complexity, balancing competing priorities and turning strategy into meaningful delivery.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Experience in product ownership, journey ownership or a similar role, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.




- Strong understanding of human-centred design, service design principles, agile delivery and digital ways of working.
- Experience developing journey roadmaps, prioritising backlogs and working with cross-functional agile squads to deliver measurable outcomes.
- The ability to use data, insights and member feedback to inform prioritisation, decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the confidence to align priorities and communicate direction clearly across teams.
- Strong judgement, adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity, trade-offs, risk considerations and delivery constraints.
