About the Chance:

We are seeking a Senior Project Development Manager to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in building long-term success of the business in QLD.

This is a highly influential role combining technical expertise, project development, sales and supporting delivery.

You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and requirements, develop tailored scopes of work and practical solutions, and identify opportunities to deliver value through our services.

Working alongside our Engineering, Operations, Safety and Automation teams, you will take opportunities from initial concept through to successful project delivery, ensuring solutions are commercially viable and aligned with customer needs.

This role will involve regular travel to client meetings, project sites and industry events across Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to understand their challenges, requirements and project objectives, translating these into practical tailored solutions.




- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and project proposals of the works developed.
- Manage client enquiries and coordinate after-sales matters to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Engineering, Safety and Automation teams to develop solutions and convert opportunities into awarded projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth within our existing customer base.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events across Brisbane
- Contribute to business development strategies and support the company's growth into new markets.

What We’re Looking For:

- Current Electrical License.
- Previous experience working within the industrial electrical, automation or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of switchboard design and construction, controls and automation.
- Ability to assess customer requirements and develop appropriate scopes of works.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience preparing quotes, tenders and proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
