This QLD owned and operated Engineering Advisory firm specialise across major infrastructure projects in transport, water, energy and build. Led by a team of highly experienced professionals, with long-standing clients predominantly with government bodies, TMR and delivering partners.

With continued success in the industry and a robust pipeline of work, our client is looking for a Senior Advisor / Senior Project Engineer – open to speaking with experienced Executive Advisors. With a high performing team, you will advise clients and help deliver practical, high-quality outcomes across all stages of the project lifecycle: Project Development, Procurement, Delivery Phase and Contract Resolution, with an insight into client side. Either based in the head office or seconded into the client’s office - where you have full autonomy, can manage your own time, interact and fulfill your client’s needs and expectations.

As Senior Advisor, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Provide strategic, commercial and delivery advice across major infrastructure projects
- Manage business cases and develop procurement strategies




- Clients and stakeholder management
- Management and mentorship of Advisors – role focus dependent

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or similar degree within Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveyor, Business/Commercial/Finance with an engineering background. The successful individual will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience either delivering local Civil Infrastructure, Building, Energy or Utilities projects. Also open to speaking with design, consulting or Advisory background. Knowledge of delivery to specifications, design, budget, program and while adhering to the client’s quality standards is required.
