Key responsibilities - Developing preliminary evaluations and detailed business cases.

- Managing consultant contracts and project deliverables.
- Supporting procurement activities and consultant engagement.
- Developing and maintaining project programs and schedules.
- Undertaking project risk assessments and reporting.
- Preparing monthly reports, briefing notes and governance documentation.
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting project updates.





What you'll need to succeed - Experience managing infrastructure or property development projects.

- Ability to prepare high-quality business cases, reports and project documentation.
- Strong project management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience leading consultant teams and managing external service providers.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
