This is a new opportunity to join our Brisbane based recruitment delivery team sourcing a variety of contract and permanent technical talent for our established national Government and Commercial customers. This terrific opportunity offers work with a reputable sales team, in a stable ASX200 listed technology business with a supportive, professional work culture that rewards performance.

About the Role:

- Proactively source and attract top IT talent using diverse channels such as online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct engaging initial phone screens, interviews, and assessments to thoroughly evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Skilfully negotiate job offers and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition for current hires

Experience you will need:

- Agency technology recruitment experience
- Experience using proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, ATS Talent Pooling, Social Media)




- Demonstrated experience partnering with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor on recruitment needs
- Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent roles at various stages to achieve great hires.
