Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to oversee the efficient delivery of build artefacts, collaborate with software engineers to develop and integrate software solutions, and enhance existing systems to improve operational applications.

Responsibilities

- Ensure consulting services and project focus align with IT strategic objectives.
- Manage continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Handle complex issues and risks, escalating when necessary.
- Document and demonstrate solutions clearly through various means.
- Deliver solutions that meet customers' needs effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyse business requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of output and reporting.
- Mitigate risks and issues promptly.
- Mentor and develop staff to maintain desired technical abilities within the team.

Work Experience Necessary Work Experience includes:

- Some relevant work experience.

Preferred Work Experience Includes

- Experience in financial services.
- Relational database and SQL development experience.

Qualifications Necessary Qualifications include:

- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
