Use your advanced practice skills where they're needed most.

If you enjoy making autonomous clinical decisions, working in rapid-paced environments and helping patients access timely care, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

Urgent Care Network Australia is growing its South Australian team and is seeking Nurse Practitioners to deliver assessment, treatment and management of patients with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions. Our clinics provide an alternative to hospital emergency departments, giving communities faster access to appropriate care while allowing clinicians to work within a supportive multidisciplinary model.

A role designed around flexibility

Whether you're looking to pick up weekend sessions, supplement your current position or transition into urgent care, we offer the flexibility to build a roster that works for you.

You'll benefit from:

- Attractive remuneration

- Weekend and weekday opportunities available

- No overnight shifts or on-call requirements

- Modern clinics equipped to support urgent presentations

- Experienced nursing, medical and administrative teams

- Structured clinical governance and established pathways

- Opportunities to work across multiple South Australian sites from Norwood, Royal Park, Marion and Elizabeth

Your day-to-day

No two shifts are the same. You'll independently assess patients, diagnose and treat a wide variety of presentations, prescribe within your scope of practice and determine the most appropriate pathway for ongoing care.

Working alongside GPs and experienced clinical teams, you'll help ensure patients receive timely treatment in the right setting.

We're looking for clinicians who have:

- Current AHPRA registration with Nurse Practitioner endorsement

- Experience in emergency, urgent care or advanced primary care settings

- Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

- Excellent assessment, communication and clinical reasoning skills

- Full Australian working rights

Why choose Urgent Care Network Australia?

You'll join Australia's largest provider of government-funded Urgent Care Centres, caring for diverse communities while enjoying the flexibility to shape your own schedule. With growing services across South Australia, you'll have access to consistent work, strong clinical support and opportunities to expand your experience within a national network.

If you're ready for a role that offers autonomy, variety and genuine work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
