Full time Front Office Coordinator – Joondalup City Dental

Our family-orientated, private dental practice has been established for over 30 years, and we are seeking a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Joondalup City Dental , a well-established 5-chair practice.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to someone who thrives in a supportive, team-focused environment. Our long-standing staff and clinicians are known for their mentorship, professionalism, and positive workplace culture.

Working Days & Hours

- Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

- Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

- Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

- Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

The successful applicant must also be willing to work some Saturdays as required.

A dental background is highly desirable, and the role includes scheduling and coordinating General Anaesthetic and Intravenous Sedation bookings. Training will be provided as part of your onboarding.

- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

Essential Requirements:

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

- Experience using D4W dental software

- High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills

Desirable Requirements:

- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience

- Previous experience in dental assisting and/or front desk roles
