What you’ll do:

- Greet students, instructors & visitors with warmth and professionalism

- Manage calls, emails & course enquiries

- Coordinate flight lesson bookings & schedules

- Keep records accurate & admin running smoothly

- Support instructors with training materials & timetables

- Arrange charter flights

What you’ll bring:

- Reception or customer service experience (aviation experience a bonus)

- Great communication & multitasking skills

- Confident with scheduling systems & Microsoft Office

- Positive, proactive attitude and a love for helping people
